1. Regulation 5 and 6 - Neighbourhood Area Designation (June 2015)
Addingham Parish Council applied to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council under Section 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 to become a designated Neighbourhood Area on 20 January 2015.
Bradford Council officially publicised the designation application as required by Section 6 of the Regulations. The publicity period lasted 6 weeks 26 January to 9 March 2015. Keighley Area Committee were invited to consider the Neighbourhood Area Application at its meeting on 26 February 2015.
The Neighbourhood Area was approved by Bradford Council on 23 June 2015.
